A free Workforce Analytics Advisory Workshop hosted by HPMA in partnership with NHS workforce services provider Liaison.
The purpose of the event is to understand how we can tackle workforce challenges together using ground breaking collaboration and bench marking. It will be an opportunity to implement a best practice approach to workforce effectiveness, which focuses on recruitment and retention of workers and the reduction of the workforce hour. Proven case studies and insight will be presented focusing on the benefits of adopting a collaborative approach to workforce management.
At the seminar, we’ll discuss how using leading edge HR analytics software combined with expert staff can support the NHS in changing the shape of its workforce using data driven insights. By increasing the quantity and quality of knowledge available to the NHS, Liaison’s advisory services are enabling smarter workforce resource planning at local, regional and national levels.
Identifying some of the root causes of workforce issues being faced by NHS organisations in the region and sharing expertise, the seminar will provide clear direction for attendees based on ‘whole of workforce’ data and will discuss programmes that are designed to drive improvement in all areas of workforce management.
All attendees will be invited to submit data in advance of the event for our Workforce Analytics Clinic. This optional session will be hosted over lunch, and will provide bespoke bench marking and feedback, highlighting actionable areas for improvement.
