Managing Resilience​

Aim:
This workshop aims to provide guidance on a number of coping mechanisms used when work related changes are happening. The workshop will focus on how to be physically and mentally resilient, to maintain a sense of well-being whilst facing challenges in everyday life, both inside and outside of work. There will also be an opportunity to measure your own current resilience levels.
