Liaison Appoints David Jones-Stanley to Drive Workforce Effectiveness

David Jones-Stanley has been appointed as Workforce Effectiveness Consultant at Liaison as the business looks to expand its consultancy services to the NHS.

David is an experienced workforce operations and programme manager with a proven track record in delivering services for both private and public sector organisations. He joins Liaison from Allocate Software where he was Head of Insight Operations and prior to that David was Workforce Solutions Operations Manager at McKesson, heading up their professional services division in the UK.

At Liaison, David will be enhancing the Liaison offering to address market needs by providing a full range of workforce consultancy programmes and workstreams including engagement, retention and recruitment.

David comments “I join Liaison at an incredibly exciting time.  Liaison has already established itself as the market leader in controlling and reducing temporary staffing costs and increasing NHS self-sufficiency in temporary staffing.   We now have a significant opportunity to add further value to our offerings through Workforce Effectiveness services that support the NHS in getting the most from resources in the broader substantive workforce.’

David has three children who keep him busy with outdoor activities, including cycling and horse riding and he enjoys a good social life with his husband and friends in Manchester.

Liaison saves the NHS real money in the key areas of finance and workforce management and last year achieved savings of £100m across the NHS. It now employs over 240 staff working across the UK and celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.
