TempRE is underpinned by a strong technology platform dedicated solely to meeting the NHS’s requirements. We have now built upon the TempRE framework to include Medical Rostering functionality.

Greater control, all in one place, our TempRE Rostering system allows you to transform your workforce management by allowing you to roster all of your staff and highlight staffing shortfalls which can be filled by Bank and Agency staff.

It handles shifts, on-call, annual leave, study leave and sickness, easily and efficiently. Being built on the TempRE framework ensures that all unfilled gaps in the roster are easily turned into vacancies to be filled through TempRE. Another benefit over manual rostering systems is that it produces regular reports, therefore saving money by removing the need for staff to manually compile them and increasing accuracy.

The roster opens by default at ‘this week’ so there is no need to scroll to find today’s date. The on-call, night shifts and weekend shifts are colour coded for easy recognition. Summary rows show the staffing levels for each day on each shift and again colour is used to highlight any shortfalls (or over staffing).

The staff shortfalls are seamlessly converted into vacancies for the TempRE system. Once they have been approved they are posted in TempRE for Bank and Agency candidates to view and apply for.

The system produces daily, weekly and monthly management reports. Default system reports include; daily staff schedule, weekly bank / agency staff cost and monthly staff sickness / leave report
