In-depth support

This in-depth support from people who have done it before makes implementation fast and easy. STAFFflow, for example, can be up and running in your trust within four to six weeks – and with no more than around 40 hours of time needed from your Finance, HR and Procurement teams combined.

Implementation at no charge

There’s no charge for the implementation process, and once the service is up and running, your team stays with you throughout the life of the contract. Our contingency model then ensures everyone involved works hard to deliver savings. In addition, the team’s experience means they’re often able to find ‘soft’ savings by identifying process efficiencies.

Our shared service centre includes a 24/7 help desk, and our payroll service is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.

On top of this, PwC are fully involved from a legal perspective.
