Our latest CPD accreditation for Liaison Academy – Conflict Resolution

We are delighted to announce that our Liaison Academy has been successful in obtaining CPD accreditation for our Conflict Resolution training course, focusing on how to de-escalate conflict through effective communication techniques, whilst exploring the understanding of attitude and behavioural cycles, when dealing with face-to-face conflict.

Joining our suite of workforce management courses that were recently CPD accredited, including; Effective Negotiations, Introduction to Direct Engagement and Maximising Savings, our Conflict Resolution course adds to our ever-growing catalogue of training solutions for NHS and public-sector teams.

Our recent accreditation further confirms our commitment to delivering a high level of learning and shows our dedication to providing flexible and quality training solutions, whilst conforming to strict CPD guidelines.

Of our recent accreditation, a CPD assessor commented; “Another excellent, detailed submission from the member with good trainer notes/lesson plan.”

This course, along with our other CPD accredited courses can now be viewed within the Member Directory profile on the CPD website.

With a range of CPD and ILM accredited courses delivered each month, our training solutions are available for all organisations and have been designed to help improve efficiencies and staff development. A selection of courses can be delivered online, at an individual’s desk and alternatively within an organisation to minimise travel and offer a blended learning approach.
