How to Book
Notify our Academy admin, Claire Hughes at CHughes@liaisonfs.com, of any training to be scheduled or training that has been requested.
Our Academy admin team will check availability and agree a suitable date.
Our Academy admin will input the scheduled training into our CRM system.
A blue signing in sheet will be sent from our Academy admin. This will need to be completed by delegates and the trainer. On completion, forms should be sent to the Academy admin, at CHughes@liaisonfs.com.
All resources, including workbooks (if necessary) and a blue signing in sheet (register), will be sent from our Academy admin to the trainer. This will need to be completed by delegates on the day of the course.
Post Course Evaluation Feedback forms will then be sent to delegates following the training session.
A certificate of Achievement will be sent to delegates on receipt of evaluation.
All training data is then aligned with individual clients training records to ensure we accurately and successfully manage our records to support..
