“When I heard that our Trust was going to implement STAFFflow, I have to admit that I was a little sceptical. Once I’d had it explained to me, it made sense.  I could see that for us it was a good idea and one that fitted in with what we were trying to do at the Trust – making efficiencies and bringing in more control of our agency spending.

I did wonder how much work would be involved for us, but one thing that impressed me from the start was the hands on service and support that we received from the implementation team.  We had some initial meetings to scope what was required and when, and then this process was mapped into a plan.  We were clear on what was required from everyone involved and had a checklist of actions.

We had face to face meetings initially but these evolved into weekly catch up calls as things were progressing so well.  We were allocated an account manager who oversaw the implementation and was a great source of support and advice to us.

The implementation team were obviously very experienced at what they did, and we benefited from that. They had gone through the same process with many trusts before us and so they helped us enormously, offering an experienced hand and lots of support. They were able to adapt the process to suit our Trust’s way of working and knew exactly what needed to be done to get us live, whatever the hurdles we encountered.”
